April 2013: a select few

41Tp7vFqe0L._SL500_I read only three crime fiction books during April because I was busy with other activities, and also I read some non-fiction. Those three books:

Pale Horses-Jassy Mackenzie

The Fifth Witness-Michael Connelly

The Weeping Girl-Hakan Nesser

were all enjoyable, but Hakan Nesser’s intriguing police procedural with Ewa Moreno as the main character was my pick of the month.

    Given the three choices, and having read all three authors, although only The Fifth Witness cited above, I’d agree with you without even having read the other entries. I put the Nesser on my TBR list and I’ll have to think over the Jassy McKenzie. I read her book I but wasn’t impressed.
